Organizations with relevant technical expertise or experience in batteries onboard vessels are invited to express their interest in participating in the upcoming technology workshop hosted by Fonden Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping (MMMCZCS). The session is expected to take place in Copenhagen on April 16-17 2026.
The purpose of this workshop is to exchange technical knowledge and insights related to batteries onboard vessels to contribute to the decarbonization of vessel operations. Discussions will focus solely on technical topics and will be conducted in compliance with applicable competition laws. Ship owners, operators, and charterers are invited to share their insights.
Participation may be limited depending on the number of interested organizations. Where necessary, participants will be selected based on objective, transparent and non-discriminatory criteria, including the relevance of their technical expertise, experience, or ability to contribute relevant technical insights to the discussions. Submission of an expression of interest does not guarantee participation.
