Foundation Governance
The Foundation Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping has in connection with the work on foundation governance prepared a statutory report on foundation governance, cf. section 77a of the Danish Financial Statements Act. The report will be updated yearly. The report is an integrated part of the management commentary in the annual report of the foundation for the following accounting period: 2021.
